Ideally situated in the heart of the pine forest, this large house (over 200m² on 2000m² of land) has recently been completely refurbished. It is in a very quiet location overlooking the forest and just a 5-minute walk from Lacanau lake, with its beaches (Carreyre, Moutchic, etc.) and walks by the lake or in the forest. The house is also very close to the ocean cycle paths (5 km from the beaches of Lacanau Océan) and very close to the golf courses, tennis/squash/padel club and water sports (paddle, pedalo, water skiing, canoeing, windsurfing, etc.).
The house has a well-kept garden (with new lawn) with a large swimming pool (6m x 12m) and outdoor WC.
Sleeps 10. There is a master suite on the first floor with en-suite shower room. On the garden level, 4 large independent bedrooms (3 with double beds and 1 with 2 single beds), 3 WCs, 2 shower rooms + 1 bathroom, a large living room, a large independent kitchen. Outside, there is a dining area next to the barbecue, garden furniture, two garages and parking spaces.
